Pro users can add extra capacity with affordable add-on packs.
SlackBridge is free to start with 1 external connection and 1 channel bridge. The Pro plan is $49.99 per month and includes 5 external connections and 50 channel bridges.
The free plan includes 1 external connection and 1 channel bridge. This lets you connect one Slack channel to one external channel (e.g. Microsoft Teams) with two-way messaging.
Yes. Pro users can purchase add-on packs: +5 connections for $10 per month, or +10 channel bridges for $5 per month.
A connection is a link between your workspace and an external organization — such as a Microsoft Teams tenant, another Slack workspace, or any supported platform. Agencies connecting to multiple clients would have multiple connections.
The free plan lets you test SlackBridge before upgrading. You can set up your first channel bridge and see how it works, then upgrade to Pro when you need more capacity.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time and your account will revert to the free plan at the end of your billing period.
No. Pricing is based on the number of external connections and channel bridges, not on message volume or seat count. A bridged channel can carry unlimited messages between an unlimited number of Slack and Microsoft Teams users at no additional cost — predictable billing for teams whose message volume varies month to month.
Your Pro plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free (1 connection, 1 channel) at renewal. If you have more than the Free allowance at that point, the bridge for any connections or channels beyond the Free limit is paused — existing channel mappings are preserved and resume immediately if you upgrade again, so you do not need to re-do setup.
