1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SlackBridge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, end users, and any other persons who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SlackBridge is an integration service that enables bidirectional messaging between Slack workspaces and Microsoft Teams channels. The Service:
- Routes messages between connected Slack channels and Microsoft Teams channels
- Preserves sender attribution and formatting where possible
- Provides a dashboard for managing connections and channel mappings
- Offers usage analytics and billing management
3. Account Registration
To use SlackBridge, you must:
- Have administrative access to the Slack workspace you wish to connect
- Authorize SlackBridge to access your Slack workspace via OAuth
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the Service in any way
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Third-Party Platforms
SlackBridge integrates with Slack and Microsoft Teams. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service:

- Microsoft: microsoft.com/servicesagreement
We are not responsible for any changes to third-party platforms that may affect the Service. If Slack or Microsoft modify their APIs or terms, we will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Subscription Plans
SlackBridge offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Plan details and pricing are available at slackbridge.com/pricing.
6.2 Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
6.3 Refunds
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
6.5 White Glove Onboarding Services
SlackBridge offers optional White Glove Onboarding services for customers who require hands-on assistance with setup and configuration. This premium service includes:
- Dedicated onboarding specialist assigned to your account
- Guided Slack app installation and workspace configuration
- Microsoft Teams app deployment and Azure AD consent assistance
- Channel mapping setup based on your organization's requirements
- Testing and validation of bidirectional message flow
- Training session for administrators (up to 60 minutes)
- Priority support during the onboarding period (up to 14 days)
Terms of White Glove Services:
- White Glove Onboarding is a one-time service fee, separate from subscription costs
- Services must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase
- Customer must provide administrative access to both Slack and Microsoft Teams environments
- Onboarding sessions are conducted remotely via video conference
- Additional configuration beyond the initial scope may incur additional fees
- Refunds are available if services have not yet commenced; partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for incomplete engagements

7. Data and Privacy
Your use of SlackBridge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. A list of our third-party service providers is available on our Sub-Processors page. Key points:
- Message content is transmitted but not stored on our servers
- We store configuration data and OAuth tokens securely
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- You retain ownership of all content transmitted through the Service
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by SlackBridge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Remove any proprietary notices from the Service
You retain all rights to the content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Unscheduled downtime due to technical issues
- Third-party platform outages (Slack, Microsoft, Cloudflare)
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We do not guarantee any specific service level unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
- WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlackBridge, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end immediately.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. We will provide notice when possible.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy. Sections 8, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
14.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SlackBridge regarding the Service.
14.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
14.5 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
